JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervision and co-ordination with Architect, consultants and service providers.
- Collect detailed drawings and all other relevant documents and informations necessary for the project without delay.
- Find out competitive subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and submit comparative statements for approval and contact management.
- Full supervision / management of project including quality supervision and audit, maintenance of accounts as per financial rule and taxation laws applicable. Financial control/ monitoring is the full responsibility of the agency providing the service.
Sealed quotations to be submitted by the agency to Secretary, Kerala Law Academy, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram within 14 days from 30.12.2023.
